Thalidomide is a proven immunosuppressive, an effective
antiangiogenic agent and inhibits the body's production of
TNF-a.
We are seeking a partner to conduct a clinical trial that
would eventually lead to filing an NDA. Preliminary scientific
data indicates that this product is effective in treating a
number of disease states, including Crohn's Disease, Systemic
Lupus, Cancer, Rheumatoid Arthritis and AIDS Wasting. There
may be an opportunity to receive Orphan Drug Status for other
disease states.
